For piercing jars without a screw cap. This article looks exactly like this. Pretty thin and not very durable. I used it to poke a hole in a can of R22z refrigerant and after the first use the rubber grommet on it broke so the second and third cans I used were completely splattered because the rubber grommet wasn't holding them. You'll probably want to make sure you have a different set of pads because that's a lot of pressure and you don't want to spend as much money as I did. I'll post a photo later.
