On July 11th, 2022, I bought a smartphone alongside a full bundle that contained buds pro, cases, and glass. The budgeted amount was $150,000. Although I did put in the SIM card, I didn't bother to test the network until much later. On July 12 at 12:30 a.m., I was expected to utilize my mobile phone to take part in a crucial conference, but I was unable to. The headphones kept coming unplugged, and the phone's speaker was completely inaudible. My work relies heavily on the telephone, and it has repeatedly failed me. The interruption scuttled the crucial talks. I went to the Samsung support center during my lunch break, and they confirmed that the wedding went off without a hitch. Their response to my question was that they do not draw any inferences. This resulted in the phone being put back on the rack. I was able to get to the store today, July 17th, to ask for a refund. When I asked about returning the headphones and the phone, I was told that the process is not easy and that I would have to wait ten days for the inspection. Written and completed the required paperwork. Samsung, why are you acting so strangely? Why aren't your call centers deciding issues for customers? You're not an oborzeli, so why not spend a week with a fresh new smartphone? Will you visit the supermarket after that? For $150,000, I wanted a service, not a seed retailer, because I just do not have the time to accomplish this myself. A consumer was sold a high-priced smartphone despite the fact that it did not work. similar headphones that are defective. Allow me to remind you that your organization's authorized service center issued me a marriage certificate. And when I return it, you won't take it? I don't understand what I should be waiting for. Still, I'd like to have my money back for the buds as I never ended up using them. Why do I need them now if getting married isn't enough? The store manager has claimed that returning buds is impossible until the couple's marital status has been confirmed. These earbuds serve no purpose if I return the smartphone they were purchased for. The headphones are also a major letdown because they often lose contact with the user's phone. When I dialed the helpline, the girls who answered were clueless about the refund policy. I don't see why you'd want to dial that number. As a result, I went out and bought a hemorrhoid for myself to the tune of $150,000. The same headphones were given to me, along with a smartphone that doesn't work and has no service. And I have no hope of ever making up for it. I would not recommend making a purchase from Samsung. When they opted to sell two expensive gadgets as part of a single package, the office supply store made a risky business decision. Currently, there is no way to accomplish this with current technology.
