Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Performance-Enhancing Women's Black Trainer Shoes: Vibram V Train by Rud Starks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Oh how I love this

I bought these because I was reading articles about how people with dropped arches like me started to regain their bonding strength by wearing shoes that didn't raise the heel. I measured my foot and ordered according to the size chart. There is enough range of motion to wear them comfortably with socks. As expected they changed my crotch and my fiance who ordered a similar pair had the same calf pain as me after wearing them. But this pain comes from muscle strain and will subside. I have much less pain from plantar fasciitis than before I tried them. I was expecting to wear them to workouts but have found that they are now suitable for errands, shopping, outings and even occasions where something more dressy would be more acceptable. But their odd looks far outweigh how right and natural they feel. From time to time there comes a moment when the thin sole of the shoe registers the sensation of stones underfoot in the brain, but not so much as to cause a rock fall. Both of our pairs got dirty and went through our washing machine on a cool setting and then were air dried with no visible damage. The website warns against putting them in the dryer and I agree that this can weaken the sole's grip on the upper. All in all, this is one of my best shoe purchases and I will most likely buy another pair that are better for mud walking and hiking.

Pros
  • . Many fit
Cons
  • too blunt
