Poor customer service
I bought a 10 foot tall tree and nine strands of garland. The filament in the picture, with only half the lights lit, was purchased on October 5, 2019. In mid-November 2019 I was decorating and noticed that half of the garland on this thread is not glowing. I missed my return date by about five days and was told my only option was to purchase additional lamps to try and light the garland. I spent almost $2000 and this is the customer service I got. I am very disappointed and will not be buying from this company again.
