🎄 National Tree Company 9-ft Pre-Lit Artificial Christmas Garland, Green Carolina Pine with White Lights and Pine Cones Review

I bought a 10 foot tall tree and nine strands of garland. The filament in the picture, with only half the lights lit, was purchased on October 5, 2019. In mid-November 2019 I was decorating and noticed that half of the garland on this thread is not glowing. I missed my return date by about five days and was told my only option was to purchase additional lamps to try and light the garland. I spent almost $2000 and this is the customer service I got. I am very disappointed and will not be buying…

I ordered this garland in November 2020... two of them for our front door. They arrived... were beautiful... and "seemed" well done. However, after taking them out of their well-sealed protective boxes to put back up this Christmas season, I was so disappointed to find that only ONE is now working. Tried all the usual things like batteries...low lights etc. Nothing. Since I need two to cover my doorway, I'm forced to either back-order something that should have lasted MUCH longer, or start over

I wanted to love it. Bought this to match my National Tree Company Christmas tree. I know your technique of "fluffing" produce from my Christmas tree, and I love my Christmas tree, but the garland didn't turn out very well. After a long search I bought five strands of garlands. Pottery Barn was my first choice, but I didn't want to spend $150 for a skein. So I decided to try good old Revain and found this one. Right out of the box they were great! And the wire is high quality enough that it can actually be bent and stays in place. I agree with other reviewers that the battery is BIG, but I had no problem hiding it in both areas: the stairs and the mantel. The headlights have worked flawlessly so far. I will update

Green is a good artificial construction, but pine cones are heaped in a strange pale green color. The battery compartment is large and has a hanging loop on one end. It is very nicely lit with 100 warm white lights that appear a little yellowish. There are pluses, there are minuses, I leave them, but I'm not thrilled. I hope once hung and decorated the nasty pine cones will be less noticeable. I decided to open them up and try the battery powered flashlights because some of the bad reviews have
