I really liked this product. I have several other iOttie products, some of which are several years old and all have worked flawlessly so far. I have a hard case on my phone. However, the iOttie wireless car clip auto charger I have for my car works great with my Galaxy 20 Ultra 5G without removing the Otterbox Defender Pro Series case. I refuse to take my case off because it's the only thing protecting this expensive phone from me. I don't know if they use different circuitry or thicker material in this device than their car charger mentioned above, but there seems to be something wrong with where the coil is in the device in relation to mine. Phone or case is too thick. However, the Defender Pro series case is certified for Qi wireless charging, so I spent the extra money on it and not the regular Defender case. While I know the chance of someone having the exact same phone and case can be slim, I hope this review helps someone know that no matter how much you want the charger to work, it doesn't will work.
