Now I know it's not a popular thing to have shears like these when everyone is going battery and machine cutting but there is something very satisfying about cutting some hedges with a good set of shears.I've been using an old hand-me-down set with a loose screw for years now and it got the job done but it would tear at the plants sometimes.This new set is amazing. They are very sharp and very comfortable.You can adjust the screw knob for some setting but I have no clue really why you would.They cut great and leave no tear-outs.It's a very satisfying sound hearing some nice big blades snip snip your hedges.Im not entirely sure what's better smooth or wavey blades but I know these are doing a great job. I have multiple hedges and some with thick prickers and the shears are fantastic. I hope they hold up for years and years.I don't have any cons to them so if they fit your budget go for it :)
