Review on 🍽️ SONGMICS Bamboo Laptop Desk: Tilting Top Bed Tray with Drawer - Perfect for Breakfast and Serving by Jason Page

As other reviewers have noted, this is a great idea (love that it's made of bamboo and wide enough to fit a mouse fit if I want to use one) but doesn't work as shown. #1, mine came without a small laptop or book strap on a slanted piece that should have been in the drawer but wasn't (Revain did a BIG job here, by the way); #2 Legs are spread much more widely than shown in each picture (they say they go from 25.6 inches to 29.5 inches, when in reality they are only stable when stretched to their full 33 inches, eh shown in my attached photo) and as another reviewer mentioned it's impossible to snap them into place (I can assemble everything myself) and this gives it a very wobbly feel until the legs are fully apart; #3 When the legs are fully extended the table is not as tall as they say because they are far apart - its height is about 10 3/4" (see attached photo); #4 when the legs are extended don't fold it back without loosening the wing nuts and without folding the legs back to their original length - no big deal but a little awkward, all the screws seem a little loose as if the holes were just drilled a tad oversized - again, nothing will stop me from buying this again, but something that could be improved and made the device more stable UPDATE 02/25/15: - letters from the company, and although the first messages were anything but cordial (like the comments point to this message), the last representative of the service The support I corresponded with was extremely helpful and considerate of my situation. She assured me that the company men would revise the message to include the sizes I specified and also start inserting receipt b paper in a box with a table listing what should have been in the box and contact information for the company so that future customers know who to contact if there are problems or missing parts. She also promised to work towards an 800 number so customers don't have to make long-distance calls. In the meantime, if anyone else has trouble with this spreadsheet, email the company (Wuppessen Inc.) through Revain: 68gfq1ncgcntzcl@marketplace.amazon.com. made in the description regarding the size as promised. LAST POST (promise) 11/1/15: After someone else thanked me for my review, I just re-read the comment thread on this post and noticed something charming. All negative and rude comments posted by Songmics in response to my posts (which I referred to in my comment above) have been removed - note the date the comment was posted and then note that each was corrected sometime in July 2015. ! They're trying to destroy evidence of their terrible customer service. It's worth saying something about this company right here! Needless to say I will not be returning.
