I contacted smallrig and they responded within 48 hours as per Revain policy. Lacy asked for photos for some reason so she can see what I'm talking about. I sent a reply with photos within an hour. It's been a week with no response, I emailed her with no response. So basically if you have problems with Smallrig, resolve your sol after purchase because customer service won't take care of it.
