My favorite feature is the capability to ask customers for specific feedback directly on the website (for example if they would like to see more pictures of the products). Also, the tool for asking customers for feedback directly on the website is very useful. It's nice to get immediate feedback about problems you find on the website. This could lead to changes on the website. I really love this product because it has many features which help businesses improve customer experiences, such as email templates and automated surveys. For instance, when I receive an order confirmation from my clients, there is a link at the bottom where I can fill in some text boxes with questions about the shipment or any other information. After clicking Submit, all these data will automatically appear on the next page, making things much easier for both parties involved!
