Beautiful, faceted stone (peridot). 7 transparent stones on each side. Easy to put on with one hand thanks to the sliding closure. I wouldn't mail it directly to anyone because it's listed on a card that says 'costume jewelry'. It comes with a small blue bag that you can put a bracelet in as a gift. Lots of chain left after putting on, so it's good for big wrists. I love this bracelet!
