In some instances (I got just one), the contact group (where the phase and zero wires are inserted) does not make good contact with the lamp itself. When it snaps into the base, it slightly moves down under its weight, which is why the contact opens. It is treated relatively simply: remove the base, unscrew the contact group from it and put a washer under the self-tapping screw, twist it back. Now the contact group, due to the washer placed between it and the base, is closer to the lamp and the contact does not open. If this does not help, you can disassemble the contact group (screw and 2 latches) and fit the contacts even closer to the lamp contacts. Another disadvantage is that the instructions are in Chinese. Unfortunately, there is no guide on the manufacturer's website. Well, at least in the Yeelight app there is a guide in pictures in English, thanks to which I learned how the remote control communicates with the lamp.
