The handle fell off when I first picked it up

I used it to store a haystack in my dog's guinea pig garage. That's all good I can say. Little did I know it's huge and doesn't fit the small regular sized bales I buy. When I picked up the bale bag for the first time, the handle was torn off. Not slowly, as if tensing up, but suddenly, as if a single-ply plastic bag had burst. Very frustrating. Untenable. It could never support the weight of the oversized bale it was designed for. I couldn't use it for traveling with horses or other common stuff I want a bale bag for. ** Yes, reading this I need an explanation. My old German shepherd was very lonely. This is the most beautiful and educated dog. Everyone loves him and dog lovers think he is the perfect dog. But he was lonely and I couldn't get another dog. So I bought him guinea pigs. I'm not a fan of scents but he loves them. Instead of anxiously waiting at the door for us to get home, we now walk in and hear him get up from the bed next to them and cautiously come over to greet us. He hates it when I clean his cage or disturb him in any way. I have to throw him out of the room or he'll come in my face and whimper. When I take them out, he hugs them and licks them gently. Sometimes they fight each other and he gets very upset. Mean, Karen, not his darling. When she intimidated others, he paid no attention to her. When we return from a walk, he needs to check them immediately before drinking. They are the "flock" that He nursed and protected. The neighbors also say that he no longer whines and cries when we are gone. So they are HIS pigs. Because otherwise I wouldn't have them. And I bought this thin bale bag for her hay. Also, I have had horses for 20 years, often ride in my horse cart, grew up with hay bales, but small bales are my vice and I can say with authority that the bale bag is awful.
