Chipping and surface discoloration

Initially we were happy with this set of pans, however after a few uses we found that the surfaces only wear and discolour if hand washed with a natural dishwashing liquid. Today we have decided to stop using it and only leave it for storage as its health safety seems doubtful. I cannot recommend this product.
