It won't even take a year. in oven filter
I thought for the price we'll give it a try. I installed in December 2018. After about 4 months it looked pretty dirty. I used a handheld vacuum to remove as much dust as possible from the "intake" side. Here it is, August 2019, and the thing is so clogged with dust it's barely breathing. Went to the local Lowe's for a basic filter. Don't waste money.
- One year service life: oven filter holds up to 20 times more dust than a pleated filter. While pleated filters need to be replaced about once a month, the Castle air filter lasts a year, 4-12 times longer than others.
