When you open the package, it smells so good you might want to eat it yourself! It contains various seeds of all kinds to give parrots a lot of variety in their diet, as well as dried fruits and vegetables. I've found that they also try seeds they don't like and are now less reluctant to try the strain if they keep the feeders full a little longer. The seeds are always fresh and they just smell like it. damn good. It's a little expensive, but the birds are very energetic, their feathers are shiny and beautiful, and their beaks look wonderful. And they sing and sing and sing! That's great.
