Good condition: set up and ready to use; easy to set up. The Bad: Not the fastest Wi-Fi connection I've seen on either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands, eight feet from the router with no barriers in between. Ugly: toggle on and off every few days; Device manager says it doesn't exist. A reboot is required to bring it back online. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. The so-so transfer speed is okay for this app, but the seemingly random dropouts are a deal breaker. Replace that card with a TP-Link card that costs half as much but is certainly more productive and reliable.
