Not too wet. The fibers are soft enough that my skin doesn't feel like it's being scratched on concrete pavement. The aroma is very mild; In fact, I'm not even sure I would call it a fragrance. I bought this for my teenage son because for some reason he doesn't wash his face. But then I started using them instead. I keep them in the fridge they are so refreshing. I mean, they don't cleanse your face like a good toner, but that's not what they're made for. I will buy again and already have it.
