Not as bright as a dense 5050 strip but still over half the brightness and about 1/3 the wattage so they have great light to performance ratio. They draw 24 watts (tested with a power meter on the 8 amp power supply) while the 5050 strips I've used in the past draw 72 watts so 2 of them seem to put out more light for less current. I bought 2 strips, they have a good color. One track had a dead spot, this didn't affect my app, I make my own light bar to set up the streaming but that might be bad for other apps. I'll probably buy more of these strips just because they're cheap and functional. I took off a star for the dead part and for the mediocre adhesive, the adhesive is similar to that that comes with a lot of these strips, it's pretty poor, it comes loose as the strip heats up. When you get them plan for the glue to help the glue or wire clamps. Look for strips that can actually stick, those that advertise 3M adhesive, they will stick to some indoor surfaces.
