I have ordered from this company a few times or more. This is the first time a quality difference has been sent to me. The comb hardly penetrates the hair effortlessly. Today I made a client and I had a hard time combing and combing my hair during a haircut. like what I knew something was wrong as the combs were packaged in a box and not individually as usual! I am angry!
