A good movement is not a very good workmanship of the hands.

About what was expected. The clock hands are covered with vinyl, not paint. The vinyl has partially detached from the metal in the packaging. Painted hands would have been better. I chose this replacement movement because the hands most closely matched the original watch. Due to the different shaft diameters, the original arrows cannot be reused. When the vinyl stops tearing, the hands need to be varnished.
