Instructions in the Revain description (on the right under the photos of injured athletes). I've included a photo guide in my review for those who missed it. I bought this particular mount because of its lace-up design, lateral support, low price, and the lowest percentage of negative reviews compared to other similar mounts in this price range with many reviews. .I read the negative reviews before buying (I always do this before buying) and trying to find solutions when I encounter the same problems. For my foot size 8 1/2-9 wide, the medium size is the right length, but too tight even unlaced. So I cut off the wrong side of the "tongues" fabric that goes under the lace. So now it's adjusted to the width of my foot. The first problem is solved. The laces are too short so I bought a box of laces from Dollar Tree for $1. I use one tip for the foot and another tip for the ankle and above. 2nd problem solved. I figured if I got a corset with a broken, folded bottom seam causing pain like some reviewers have mentioned, I'd try Dr. Wear Scholl's cushioning gel insole (I always have a pair on hand). at home) so as not to feel the seam. Being lucky I got a bandage with a good bottom seam that I don't feel so it wasn't a problem for me. Some have mentioned that over time the Velcro has become detached from the straps due to poor stitching. I haven't worn braces for a long time, so this hasn't happened to me yet. But if this happens after prolonged use I will reattach the velcro on my sewing machine. If the heel opening is too narrow, just make a small slit at the top to make it wider. If it's still too tight, make another small cut to the right or left of the hole, etc. (I give solutions for those who already have a bandage and are stuck to it). I can wear a bandage with sneakers and crocodiles. I am giving four stars because the brace feels GREAT on my sprained ankle and swollen foot (but I may lower my rating after a few weeks of wearing the brace if that changes). The support feels strong. My ankle is safe. I only use it for walking on my badly sprained ankle while it heals (not for sports like basketball, tennis or jogging). For someone like me on a budget, these braces get the job done and don't cost much.
