The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

Extremely pleased with the purchase, a very long time choosing, looking closely. I thought to save money and take a 13 inch Air or Past Retina ME865. But in the end he settled on it. Well, for my requirements it is more than enough! Compact enough, I would even say more than enough! Compared with one of the first ultrabooks Acer Aspire Timeline Z, which 6 years ago was one of the thinnest laptops. Mac when closed is thinner than Acer's bottom base =)))) But the Retina screen is something! He just bribed me. I have never seen the screen of a working machine with such a resolution! In the office I use a Lenovo monoblock with a Full HD matrix and a diagonal of 21.5 inches, the same photos differ like heaven and earth! In general, if you are at a crossroads, as I once was, choosing between Air or Macbook Pro, choose Retina if you do not need an immortal battery, but great performance. In principle, in comparison with Notes on Windows? in any case, you win them by a margin, except perhaps Lenovo Yoga. And if you are a fan of sitting all day at Starbucks and lazily flipping through Web pages, then you better get Air.

Pros
  • - Workmanship - Keyboard - The sound is not laptop at all =))) - Keyboard backlight - Long work time (If you take it to work only as a typewriter, it lasts for the whole working day, if you load it, then for 5-6 hours - you can safely count) - Extremely fast power on (compared to Asus Core i7, 16gb, 250ssd) - It's great that they give an office set as a gift (Pages, etc.) - Absolutely silent in operation, but until then until you load it, but even then it is barely audible.
Cons
  • The upper part of the case where its "exhaust" is located is noticeably heated - that is, under the screen, but this drawback can be noticed only when you are doing something really heavy and resource-intensive.
