It connected to Windows 10 via USB and was detected as a speaker/microphone by default. The audio quality is set on the laptop or device and is suitable for WebEx conferences. The microphone quality is good, nobody at the meeting complained that the sound was clear. The device mute feature is laptop independent, which is required to unmute both the device and the laptop. The devices are used in WFH settings in a closed office and with no background noise. No comments on the quality or reliability of the device as I've only been using it for a few days. I tried the Jabra 410 before I bought this device. The Jabra speakerphone worked fine but the mic didn't work for WebEx even though Jabra was the default speakerphone/mic device. However, Jabra worked for the ZOOM call. Jabra support asked me to try it on a different PC, which I didn't do. The Jabra device was returned for a refund as I use Webex exclusively for all business meetings.
