I bought two of these monitors for my business. I wanted a bigger monitor for CAD work. Good monitor, perfect size. However, I don't find it as sharp as it should be. This may be due to a driver issue. The documents that came with the monitor indicated that there should be a driver CD. There was no CD. I downloaded the drivers for Windows 10 from the Philips website, but I couldn't install them. I have contacted Philips support via email but no response. A few days later I tried to call her. The person I spoke to was no help. He finally told me to use generic windows drivers. When I contradicted him, he hung up. I called back a couple of times - it sounded like someone answered the phone but they didn't say anything. I emailed support again and told them about my terrible experience. No Answer. In summary, this is a good monitor, but if you're having trouble with it, don't expect any help from Philips customer service.
