There are four screws that attach the arm rests to the seat back. Trying to hold two curving pieces together while allen-wrenching a screw requires two sets of hands. After two hours I have one side done but I have stripped something on the second side and neither screw will fully tighten. They are spinning in place. Since the seat then attaches to the rests, I am stuck. I hate hassles but would like to try again if their service department provides.service. Note: I am not a complete noob at this.
