When it comes to cigar ashtrays, you expect a slightly larger product. I smoke 60's and 70's cigars. In contrast to some other ashtrays, the cigar groove is quite large. However, the ash box (bowl) can be filled with an ash discharge. It should be twice the size. Other than that, the ashtray is made of good material, solid and heavy, has a durable coating (ceramic maybe? won't stick to it. Worth buying a few for company if you smoke cigars with friends. Overall, I would buy it again.
