The tool enables you manage your campaigns very well, it's easy for use by all staff in different departments (customer service/marketing).

There are some features that I don't like yet but there were only few so far! So we can continue using this product as our marketing department needs more tools than one single software could provide us with at once!! We have been able solve many problems thanks also because they support every platform out here which makes life easier when working across platforms such an Apple or Android devices etc..
