Used in my 22" Weber pot for chicken wings, drumsticks and drumsticks. They get crispy every time. I also started grilling steaks and burgers on it. I'm really impressed so far after about 6 cooks. I can keep the temperature at 500 degrees for about 45 minutes by doing nothing but adjusting the bottom vent from time to time. This would not have been possible without this article. The space it occupies leaves enough room around it for indirect cooking. My only complaints are how thin the metal is and how expensive it is. I handle it very carefully not to bend or crush it. He's that skinny. The price seems a little steep for something that can be mass-produced for pennies. But unfortunately I can't build this device myself so I'll be fine with the price IF it stands the test of time. I've only been using it for a few weeks. Let's see how many cooks I can squeeze out of him. Despite only two negative points, I think the thing is worth 5 stars. If you cook on a Weber this is a must have if you want crispy chicken or a nice light skillet.
