What I love most about these pants is the adjustable waist. Size 12 fits a normal 12 year old but my boy is skinny so needs waist adjustment. As with other adjustable pants, the material bunches up, but distributes nicely around the waist. The material is stiff, the knees aren't reinforced, that's the only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5. This is a navy blue flat front pant. Piped pockets at the back and to close with a button. May need to trim the length otherwise it just rolls up to the boot, my boy is not only slim but also small so needs to be adjusted.
