This thing sucks. Zero stars if that was an option. There are no other words to describe it. I bought this to cool down my small dog - about the size of a poodle I think. The cooler should be three to four centimeters away from the case so that at least a certain coolness can be felt. Yes, I followed the instructions to ensure optimal cooling. This is a weak device that cannot even cool a small dog. Definitely, definitely not worth the money. Don't waste yours!
