They are made of simple rubber.
To put it around our child's neck, we had to tie a knot in the ribbon and tuck it under the collar, hoping it wouldn't look too conspicuous.
- These ties are very cute but the size of the neck was too big for my 18m.
- They were too short for my 5 year old. I had to go back. They would be better for ages 3/4
