I'm a short, chubby girl, and I typically wear large-XL. I bought this in XL. The skirt felt a little tight on me, but the waistband stretches, so that's perfectly fine. What didn't fit on me was the belt that goes around the middle. Holy crap, I have to suck my belly in and then I can BARELY get it to fit. and I will say that it does an incredible job of actually staying. I'm amazed at that, but it's not a comfortable situation, and I don't think getting a bigger size would have helped because the only culprit was the middle piece. I'm a little confused at how I'm supposed to tie the top together and the bow didn't stay on very well. All of that aside, the material and quality is quite nice and it includes everything mentioned in the description.
