When I first received the laptop I was so happy. I love the touchscreen effect, but what spoils my joy is that the laptop keeps shutting down and restarting itself. Today it's been 4 times and it's completely disappointing. This needs serious improvement as soon as possible. ****** UPDATE ****** After this review I was put through to tech support who was so patient and worked through the settings with me. My laptop was initially in sleep mode, so it shuts down intermittently! But after it was activated it worked so well! I hope nothing happens again! Oh! I am in love with this laptop! Thank you Revan and the seller!
