Some support for my opinion

Bought this after waking up to terrible neck pain. This pillow did help my neck pain go away but it feels a bit too high, even after I take out the bottom layer of padding. Have some slight back pain now, maybe because my sleeping posture is different now?I'm gonna wait and see if in time I can adjust to it.
