I bought this SSD because of Intel's 5 year warranty, not the performance. After installing it, my experience with it confirmed what most of the BenchMark reviews said: read/write performance was erratic even on the card. It was the only SSD I could find in this price range with a 5-year warranty. As a final note, I would like to add one more thing: some reviews have said that the only way to install this drive is to reinstall Windows. I restored the image to this drive using Acronis True Image 2018. Then when I got the Windows inaccessible boot device error, I went to the boot menu, chose secure boot and my Windows 10 Pro image booted with no problems. Then all you have to do is restart and everything will work fine. This is an update to my original review: After about 4 weeks of use, I made a new backup image of my operating system and restarted my computer. After logging in, I noticed that some keyboard functions stopped working. I restarted my computer and the keyboard and mouse stopped working. After hours of troubleshooting, I concluded that the Intel SSD had failed. I reinstalled the original SATA SSD I was using and everything is back to normal and working fine. So much for Intel reliability. I cannot recommend this SSD more.
