Review on HOTSYSTEM 5 Blue + 5 Red + 5 Green Dot LED Light Round Rocker Toggle Switch SPST On-Off Control For Car Truck by Michael Robertson

These have worked great for me. I'm using them to activate my tank heaters I put on my 5th wheel. I bought these because I bought some others and I couldn't get any of the LEDs to actually light up when power was on. Judging from some of the reviews on these, I guess they all may be somewhat hit or miss. Mine, however, have worked flawlessly. Wiring is hard to come by, so if you're not sure, the Ground wire goes to the brass colored spade on the back. The middle spade is for the power coming from the fuse box, battery or wherever your power is coming from and the outside silver spade goes to whatever you're powering with the switch.If you're having trouble with the LEDs, first check to make sure they're wired properly. If they're not grounded well, they will not light up. Also, don't expect to power these from 5v and have them light up. They will light, but it will be extremely dim (ie. unless it's pitch black, you likely won't notice it).As others have noted on these, when you get them put into the drilled hole, they are very stiff to turn on and off. They do turn, but they are definitely stiff.I haven't had these long so I can't speak for the longevity of the switches.though there's not much in them to break. I wanted led's this time as in the past I've used standard bulb switches and as much as I run these switches in the winter time, the light burns out. Switches still worked, but I like having confirmation that there is at least power to the switch.For my purposes, these are working great and I'll definitely buy another set of these if I need any more.
