First of all I would like to thank Saddles N' Stuff (Supplier) for the quick authorization of the return of this item. That being said, I would also like to point out that Saddles N' Stuff should perhaps consider revising the product description. The response I got from Saddles N' Stuff to my comment about cold fingers at only 24 degrees was "They are designed to stick heaters in when the temp gets that low." It says nowhere in the description that hand warmers are required. You should really make it clear.2. Is 24 degrees considered that low? At sub-zero temperatures, especially when the item is advertised as "Extreme Winter Glove", 24 degrees is already quite warm. If I need to use hand warmers to keep my hands warm, I'm not spending close to $50 on gloves! For that, I can buy cheap gloves and insert hand warmers for the same effect. I don't want to be disrespectful to this seller but they would do better with truthful advertising and a lower price.
