I like that it's simple, easy-to understand information about sites' status when they are down or not responding properly (ease of use).
It also provides an option for me as admin user if there was ever any need in knowing what happened with my site during those times where no updates were received by email from service provider. Not much - just something we haven't been able to do so far without going through some more complicated method such has using their ticketing system etc., but still this would be nice too! We have used other tools before though none really provided us all info at once while being very straight forward enought even beginners could manage them easily.
