This was our first program because we had no experience with this software or any of its components, so every step along the way has been great! The customer support team are very responsive when you have questions - which is often as much work trying to figure out what your own problem might be rather than just getting help straight away. We were looking at implementing Jails in Canada and they offered us an amazing deal that enabled us to implement immediately instead of later if it wasn't working out (and saved time). Their expertise allowed us to get setup fast without needing more customisation afterwards! The ability to easily search by facility, offense, and many other variables. Also, the fact that it's web-based makes it easy to access from anywhere. I wish there was more integration with our ERP system so we could see what was happening in real time. We have a large number of inmates in our state and this tool allows us to quickly identify who needs monitoring or who has been released.
