On the fence about it. It has the potential to become a really fun dollhouse. Parts came and some bowed. It takes 2 people to hold things in place by driving the screws. Some preserved parts were also very broken. The main part of the elevator was demolished and we couldn't even put it back together. The table was broken. A chair was divided by wood. The head of the bed was not fixed. I don't know if they broke on delivery, but these are all very important parts to have and want to use. I sent pictures and described exactly what was broken with a list as well as proof of purchase, pictures of box codes etc. The answers I get are more curious than solution-oriented. as if I didn't provide all the information to prove the damage. My daughter absolutely loves her dollhouse, but this one may not be perfect if you want something simpler and more basic. Definitely not worth arguing about the damage.
