My car is a Mustang, so there isn't much visibility anyway, so I was very impressed with the size of this dashcam. It doesn't take up much room in the way, yet still gives me access to see what is being recorded and what options are enabled. The camera has a good feel to it, not delicate but very solid. The ability to connect to it and see what was recorded is a great feature if you are in a situation where you don't have the time to go back to a computer and plug it in or pull the SD card. Also, it's easier to configure the options through the app than by scrolling the menus on the device.One great surprise was I was fully expecting to have to purchase the direct wire kit so that I could have a clean install. The included power cord was long enough for me to run the cable all the way around the windshield and back to my power point. The extra USB slot in the plugin was a nice touch as well.The video quality seems quite good, and bright, I have no complaints there.One area that I thought I was going to dislike, but am happy about is the mount. I wasn't happy with it being a sticky mount. But the fact that the power cord goes into the mount and the camera attaches to the mount, it makes it super easy to pull the camera and take it with me or lock it in the console if I'm going to leave my top down. The sticky mount also makes the camera much more firm. When using the buttons on the camera it feels solid, not chasing the camera around on a suction cup.Overall, I'm very happy with this dash cam. If I had any complaint, it would be that the g-sensors are a little touchy, but since I'm in a sport car, that is to be expected. I will have to work with the settings to see if I can get it to stop taking pictures every time that I hit a bump in the road. I can always turn that feature off if I wish.
