This product does not hold up to high heat and warps easily. I would not suggest if you are using at any temperature above 350 degrees.

- I use this size pan on a smoker (Big Green Egg) and finally found one that will last!

- The 14-inch size limits the versatility of the pan, as it can only accommodate smaller-sized pizzas

Don''t know if it''s easy to clean or has good heat distribution yet, as it has been too hot and humid to use my oven. Very sturdy, and hoping the carbon steel will hold up better than my previous pan. Quick delivery. Good price.
