I'm tired of using cables like a broom

I have hardwood floors. Dirt and dust kept penetrating under and around the two power cords. Fog lights solved this problem. Now it's easy to sweep without moving the cables. They certainly don't hurt in terms of sound. Maybe they improve the sound a bit.
