Great looking horns. BUT this is the fourth set I have had on both the boat and truck. They all failed within 2-3 months and yes they had extra weatherproof covers. Buy them for the beauty, not to use as a horn. After all 4 sets failed, I took one apart to check it out. Screws around the edge don't disassemble it. Remove the sticker in the middle of the back, remove the screw, remove the back. You can adjust the contact for the loudest sound by turning the screw while the device is on. WARNING WEAR EARPHONES YOU CAN TURN IT VERY LOUD, that fixed everything for me.
