Great PR agency - responsive, professional, and top quality
The team is very responsive, always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have! We've been working closely together for several years now, they are great partners in our business development efforts. They do an excellent job of getting your press release out quickly while keeping it top notch quality from start to finish. Their turnaround time between when we submit content/photos and get them online has never once slipped past 48 hours even during peak season. I can't think of anything that's really bad about their service at this point other than perhaps some minor UI issues here and there regarding how easy it could be for clients who aren't tech savvy to use their site. Would highly recommend; no hesitation whatsoever. Working collaboratively with PRW as one of its client companies through various marketing initiatives including website design projects.
- First off responsiveness & communication before publication date (which was often within 24 36hrs) which helped us keep track better what would work best given different pieces coming across my plate throughout each weekday morning meeting cycle..it made things easier knowing ahead if something else came up unexpectedly but still wanting coverage so having those conversations early also allowed me more options going into finalizing plans over phone calls later..worked well
