Battery is missing

I bought this hoping to make my 49 Plymouth stand out in its car park. It was easy to install, inexpensive, and looked great; However, the battery doesn't last as long as they claim, and my light has also started changing its own settings from solid lighting options to other features. I would ask for a refund but right now I think it's $20 and maybe I'll use it elsewhere in the house idk. But not happy.
