It was exactly as it was pictured. I'm always looking for cheap dresses for my daughter's birthday photo shoot and found this for our Frozen theme. The dress was very well made. The ice blue color was exactly like the photo and was very comfortable. The embroidery and sequins were great in person. She is 3 1/2 feet tall, weighs 26 pounds and typically carries 4 tons (bust and waist about 21).
