I am married and have three children who are almost 15 years old. I pride myself on my skills in the kitchen, but the fact that it has taken me so long to invest in a real salt and pepper mill is sad. I bought tall glasses with a bracket/stand. The condition it arrived in was fantastic and the look and feel are just as great. I had to fiddle with the settings, as with things like fajita skirt steak, stuffed chicken breast, and filet mignon (I had to pull out the good stuff to try it, what can I say). this. My set contains pink Himalayan salt and basic black peppercorns. Honestly, after buying two packs of just two coffee grinders, I wish I had received 3 packs to fill another with a mixture of pepper or coarse white salt. Maybe that justifies buying a second set for a change. Overall fresh is best when I'm with a family of five going through a TON of salt and pepper and I love this set. bye =)
