great for cookies! best in my review
I have used these now on several occasions for cookies, biscuits, etc, and they have worked great! I have even used them at high heat 450 and then on broil for a few minutes without issues. I have only hand washed but they are very easy to clean. Good quality, fit my large baking sheets with a bit of overlap up edges. Cookies all baked evenly.
